Abstract:
Provided is a coolant cleaning apparatus which comprises: a magnetic separator (11) which adsorbs sludge mixed in coolant that flows out from a main processing machine; a sedimentation tank (12) which has inclined plates (12a, 12b) disposed in such a way that the surface area of a base surface (12c) is narrow in comparison to the surface area of a top surface; a swirling current tank (13) which has a suction pump (131) for drawing a portion of the coolant inside the tank out to the magnetic separator (11); and a clean tank (14) which has a flushing pump (141) for spraying a portion of the coolant inside the tank onto the surface of a liquid. Maintainability and cleaning efficiency are therefore improved.
