Abstract:
A coolant direct-spray tool holder for a machine tool according to one embodiment of the present invention connects the machine tool to a tool, and while processing a workpiece, sprays coolant supplied from a coolant supply unit between the tool and the workpiece. In particular, the coolant direct-spray tool holder may comprise: a main body unit which provides a mounting space for mounting the tool, and while connected to the machine tool, interlocks with a rotating movement of the machine tool; a housing unit which covers the outer surface of the main body unit; a cap nozzle unit which is disposed so as to surround the outer circumferential surface of the tool while connected to a lower side of the housing unit, and causes the coolant to be sprayed between the tool and the workpiece; an adapter unit which is mounted on the machine tool, provides a movement channel of the coolant supplied from the coolant supply unit, and determines a mounting position of the main body unit on the machine tool; and a side rod unit which, while connected to a side surface of the housing unit, connects the adapter unit to the housing unit, and causes the coolant supplied from the adapter unit to move through the cap nozzle unit.
