Provided are a coolant sleeve and a fixing device thereof, and an electric machine. The fixing device is configured to fix a cylindrical coolant sleeve to a radial direction inner portion of a housing, and comprises a screw bolt configured to fix the coolant sleeve to the housing, an axial mounting hole arranged at an axial direction side thereof facing the housing for installation of the screw bolt, a recess arranged at an axial direction side thereof facing the coolant sleeve, and a pressing piece shaped to match the recess. The number of the pressing pieces is the same as that of the recesses. A radial inner side of the pressing piece presses against the recess and is fixed to the housing via the screw bolt, thereby fixing the pressing piece to the radial direction inner portion of the housing. The separate fixing device simplifies a structure of the coolant sleeve as well as a production process and related steps thereof, thereby reducing materials required and costs. Moreover, the above components are in linear contact or surface contact with one another, thereby preventing stress concentration, reducing a damage probability, and extending service life.
