Abstract:
A cooler is provided with coolant space (R) that is in contact with a heat radiation section, a flow-in side coolant accumulator (Ri) that interconnects with one end of the coolant space (R) via flow-in side throttling sections (Rsi), and a flow-out side coolant accumulator (Ro) that interconnects with the other end of the coolant space (R) via flow-out side throttling sections (Rso). Fins (22/23) or a guide (24/25) are formed in standing state at an area near a downstream-side end section of the flow-in side coolant accumulator (Ri) to narrow-down and adjust the flow-path cross section thereof, increasing the flowing speed of the coolant in the area.
