Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a cooling apparatus, etc., that is operable with higher stability and higher energy efficiency. [Solution] According to the present invention, a freezer power calculation unit 572a calculates the power consumption Wc of a freezer 530 on the basis of the heat exchanging amount Q of an electronic device 300 and the performance coefficient COP_c of the freezer 530. An apparatus performance coefficient calculation unit 572b calculates an apparatus performance coefficient ACOP on the basis of the heat generation amount Q of the electronic device 300, the power consumption Wc, and the power consumption Wf of an air-conditioning blower unit 510. The apparatus performance coefficient ACOP represents the performance coefficient of an apparatus that includes: an evaporator 410; a condenser 420; a heat exchanger 520; the freezer 530; and the air-conditioning blower unit 510. A blower revolving speed control unit 581 controls the revolving speed r of the air-conditioning blower unit 510 on the basis of the apparatus performance coefficient ACOP. A refrigerant temperature control unit 582 controls a first refrigerant temperature Tin that is the temperature of a refrigerant COO flowing out from the freezer 530.
