Provided are a cooling apparatus and a refrigerator having the same. The cooling apparatus includes a case having a cool air inflow hole and a cool air discharge hole, an agitating member received in the case, the agitating member being rotatbly disposed in a state where a beverage container is loaded, and a power generator in which at least one portion thereof is disposed on the case, the power generator rotating the agitating member, wherein the power generator includes a driving motor providing a rotation force, and a power transmission unit connecting the driving motor to the agitating member to rotate the agitating member using the rotation force of the driving motor.
