A cooling assembly (10) and a heat-not-burn cartridge (1). The cooling assembly (10) comprises a cooling member (110), a first sealing member (120), and a second sealing member (130). The cooling member (110) is provided with a first end (111) and a second end (112) arranged opposite to each other, and a cooling channel (110a) passing through the first end (111) and the second end (112). The first sealing member (120) is fixed to the first end (111) and is provided with at least one first through hole (121), and the first through hole (121) is communicated with the cooling channel (110a). The second sealing member (130) is fixed to the second end (112) and is provided with at least one second through hole (131), and the second through hole (131) is communicated with the cooling channel (110a). When the cooling assembly (10) is assembled into the heat-not-burn cartridge (1), the first end (111) and the second end (112) do not need to be distinguished, such that the assembly efficiency is high.
