Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cooling-clothes cooling device and cooling clothes to which the cooling-clothes cooling device is attached, and the purpose of the present invention is to reduce power consumed by a pump. A cooling-clothes cooling device includes: a water-supply hose 7 provided with a cooling-water supply part 5 and cooling-water dividing parts 6; a pump 10 that supplies cooling water from the cooling-water supply part 5 toward the cooling-water dividing parts 6 of the water-supply hose 7; and a plurality of water-dividing hoses 17 each having a one-end-side water supply section 17a and an other-end-side water supply section 17b connected to the cooling-water dividing part 6 of the water-supply hose 7, the portion between the one-end-side water supply section 17a and the other-end-side water supply section 17b constituting a water releasing section 17d. The diameter of each water-dividing hose 17 is smaller than the diameter of the water-supply hose 7, and a plurality of water passage holes 17c having a smaller opening area than the opening areas of the one-end-side water supply section 17a and the other-end-side water supply section 17b of the water-dividing hose 17 are provided in the outer circumferential part of the water releasing section 17d of the water-dividing hose 17, the outer circumferential part being perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the water-dividing hose 17.
