Abstract:
Disclosed is a cooling device which cools a control component (30) housed in a control box (32) of an air conditioner (10) having a compressor (12), an outdoor heat exchanger (14), a decompressor (16), an indoor heat exchanger (18), and tubes (20-26) which connect these and which circulate a refrigerant. The disclosed cooling device has a cooling unit (34) which is arranged in a state separated from the control component (30) and either in a position in the control box (32) below said control component (30), or in a position in the control box (32) in the horizontal direction from said control component (30), and cools the air in the control box (32) by means of heat exchange with the refrigerant.
