Abstract:
In the present invention, provided are the following: a heat receiving section (6); a heat radiating section (7) which is connected to an outflow port (10) of the heat receiving section (6) via a heat radiation path (8); and a return path (9) which connects between the heat radiating section (7) and an inflow port (15) of the heat receiving section (6). The heat receiving section (6) includes: a check valve (14) which is disposed on the downstream side of the inflow port (15) and which opens according to the balance among the head pressure of a cooling medium (18) which has been condensed and has accumulated, the pressure within the return path (9), and the pressure within a heat receiving space (12); and an introduction pipe (17) which is disposed on the downstream side of the check valve (14) and through which the condensed cooling medium flows in. The present invention further comprises a cooling medium heating section which heats the outer walls of the heat receiving section (6) and at least a portion of the pipe wall of the heat radiation path (8).
