Abstract:
A cooling device (10) is equipped with: a heat sink (16) having a plurality of first heat dissipating fins (24) and a plurality of second heat dissipating fins (26); and a compressor (32), as an air blower for circulating cooling air (CA) from the inlet side of a cooling path (22) of the heat sink (16) toward the outlet side. Furthermore, the cooling device (10) is equipped with a mist supplying apparatus (52), which is provided in the upstream of the heat sink (16) in the flowing direction of the cooling air that passes through the heat sink (16), and which supplies mist (M) to the cooling path (22) of the heat sink (16).
