[Solution] A cooling device 1 that has: a heat exchange unit 30 that exchanges heat with a refrigerant that circulates through a freezer 40 and air that circulates inside the cooling device; and an adjustment unit 50 that maintains a state in which moisture is attached to heat transfer units 31A, 32A in the heat exchange unit 30.
