Abstract:
A cooling device for preventing particles from aggregating during pulverizing and mixing of a raw material and a recycled material for blow molding according to the present invention comprises: a pulverization unit for pulverizing a recycled material such as a defective molded product, scrap, or runner; a transfer/separation unit which includes a screw main body having an inlet and an outlet through which the recycled material pulverized by the pulverization unit is fed therein and discharged therefrom, at least one screw including a rotating shaft rotatably mounted in the screw main body and a screw blade mounted on the rotating shaft so as to stir and separate the recycled material pulverized by the pulverization unit, and a driving unit disposed adjacent to the screw main body so as to drive the rotating shaft; and a cooling/separation unit including a cooling unit which is disposed on at least one side of the screw main body or the rotating shaft so as to cool the recycled material during stirring and separation of the recycled material.
