Abstract:
Provided is a cooling device with which it is possible to increase the cooling capability of a refrigeration cycle using an ejector cycle driven by the exhaust heat of a motor such as an engine. This cooling device 10 is provided with a refrigeration cycle 11 for cooling ventilation air or a fluid to be cooled, and an ejector cycle 12. The refrigeration cycle 11 has a compressor 20, a condenser 21, an expansion valve 22, and an evaporator 23. The ejector cycle 12 has a boiler 31, a condenser 34, an expansion valve 35, an evaporator 33, an ejector 32 for suctioning a second refrigerant from the evaporator 33 using the suction force generated by guiding the second refrigerant from the boiler 31, and a pump 30 for sending the second refrigerant to the boiler 31. Furthermore, the first refrigerant discharged from the condenser 21 of the refrigeration cycle 11 is cooled by the evaporator 33 of the ejector cycle 12.
