Abstract:
A cooling device capable of operating either as a deep-freezer or as a fresh food refrigerator is disclosed. The device comprises an evaporator which is placed behind the rear wall of the storage compartment of the cooling device. The cooling device further comprises a combined heater having a defrost heater placed in thermal communication with said evaporator, and a rear wall heater placed in between said evaporator and the rear wall of the storage compartment of the cooling device.
