Abstract:
The present invention provides a cooling distributor of a die casting mold for aluminum casting having improved cooling efficiency and a method for manufacturing same. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cooling distributor of a die casting mold for aluminum casting having improved cooling efficiency and a method for manufacturing same, wherein a cooling cavity is formed at one side of the distributor and a cooling bushing is integrally bonded to the cooling cavity using first and second mixed explosives in different mixing ratios, thereby improving cooling efficiency and extending the life of the distributor. A cooling distributor of a die casting mold according to the present invention, comprises a cooling cavity having a closed and rounded bottom, and a cooling bushing is integrally bonded to the inside of the cooling cavity by the explosive force of the first and second mixed explosives having different mixing ratios, and an adaptor having a spiral cooling flow path is integrally coupled to the inside of the cooling cavity to which the cooling bushing is bonded.
