Abstract:
Disclosed are a cooling fin (11) and a heater (10). The cooling fin (11) comprises a cooling fin body (111), wherein the cooling fin body (111) is provided with an upper oil pocket (112), a lower oil pocket (113), an upper oil path channel (114) and lower oil path channels (115), a plurality of lower oil path channels (115) are provided, one end of the upper oil path channel (114) is in communication with the upper oil pocket (112), the other end of the upper oil path channel (114) is in communication with all the lower oil path channels (115), all the lower oil path channels (115) are in communication with the lower oil pocket (113), and the upper oil path channel (114) is located in the middle of the cooling fin body (111) in the width direction of the cooling fin body (111). Compared with the lower oil path channels (115), the upper oil path channel (114) is low in heat dissipation efficiency, and the upper oil path channel (114) is far away from the edge of the cooling fin body (111). Accordingly, the temperature rise of the upper portion of the cooling fin (11) is reduced, the temperature rise of the high-temperature position of the cooling fin (11) is thus reduced, and the risk that the temperature rise of the cooling fin (11) exceeds the standard is reduced.
