Abstract:
A cooling and heating method and an air condition apparatus thereof are disclosed. A
cooling and heating device of the air condition apparatus includes: an electric cooling
and heating chip using temperature difference, a heat conductive pipe (118),
a fan (18), a heat radiator (17), a heat storage (113), a liquid pump (16) and a control
circuit board (13). In the air condition apparatus, a heat conductive media can
be a liquid, a gas or a solid, the cooling or heating side of the electric cooling
and heating chip using temperature difference exchanges heat with the heat conductive
media, and the heat load or the cool load is supplied for a bed mattress, a seat mattress,
a massage mattress and an air conditioner.
