Abstract:
A cooling and sealing structure of a motor shell, the structure comprising a motor shell (1) and cooling water channels (3) disposed within the motor shell (1), wherein the cooling water channels (3) are distributed in S-shaped structures around the motor shell (1); end surfaces at two ends of the motor shell (1) are provided thereon with sealing structures used for sealing the cooling water channels (3); and an outer surface of the motor shell (1) is provided with a water inlet (4) and a water outlet (5) that are in communication with two ends of the cooling water channels (3). Cooling liquid flows in an S-shape and traverses the cooling water channels (3) around the shell, which effectively solves shaping problems of the motor shell (1), thus improving yield and reducing costs.
