Abstract:
Disclosed is a cooling structure for use in a vehicle-mounted charger, a voltage converter, and an integrated product. The present invention comprises a housing, a coolant flow channel provided within the housing, and a PCB fitting the housing. The coolant flow channel is provided in the longitudinal direction and is fully in contact with heat-generating parts. The employment of the described design has the advantages of a compact size, great cooling effects, being simple to assemble, inexpensive, and lightweight.
