Abstract:
In a cooling system which combines a plurality of refrigeration cycles to perform cooling and recover waste heat, the efficiency of the cooling system fluctuates as a result of changes in the external environment. Accordingly, this cooling system is provided with: a first cooling means using a vapour compression-type refrigeration cycle in which a refrigerant vapour obtained as a result of the refrigerant evaporating after receiving heat from an object to be cooled, is compressed, and is condensed as a result of releasing an amount of heat, to obtain a high-pressure refrigerant liquid; a second cooling means using an adsorption-type refrigeration cycle in which an adsorbate is desorbed by an amount of heat; and a superheating heat exchange means which causes heat to be exchanged between the refrigerant vapour and the high-pressure refrigerant liquid.
