Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cooling system for an oil-cooling motor. The cooling system comprises a cooling pipe, a shell, a balance end plate, a bearing, an oil return tank, a rotor, a stator iron core, and a shaft. A tubular cavity is provided inside the shell. Three spraying holes are disposed on the cooling pipe. The cooling oil is introduced into the cooling pipe from the tubular cavity. Part of the cooling oil is sequentially sprayed out of the three spraying holes of the cooling pipe, and is subjected to direct convective heat exchange with the stator iron core and a coil end portion. The rest cooling oil flows out of an outlet of the cooling pipe, flows to the bearing along the tubular cavity, and is sprayed to the shaft, the balance end plate, and the coil end portion. According to the present invention, an iron core of the rotor, a magnetic steel, and other heating bodies are indirectly cooled by cooling the shaft and the balance end plate, and the cooling effect is better. The arrangements of the cooling pipe and the spraying holes thereon are optimized, so that the cooling oil is more uniformly sprayed to the stator iron core and the coil end portion, and the cooling uniformity is improved. A surface groove treatment is performed on the outer side of the balance end plate, the splashing range of the cooling oil is increased, the coil end portion of a stator is cooled again, and the cooling efficiency is higher.
