Abstract:
This cooling water supply system is provided with: a cooling water tank for storing cooling water generated by using pure water; a cooling water supply path for supplying, to a laser processing head, the cooling water in the cooling water tank; a conductivity meter for measuring the conductivity of the cooling water supplied to the laser processing head; a discharge path through which the cooling water can be discharged to the outside from the cooling water tank; a solenoid valve provided on the discharge path; and a control unit for controlling the opening and closing operation of the solenoid valve. When the measured value of the conductivity meter exceeds a preset upper limit value, the control unit changes the solenoid valve from the closed state to the open state, and discharges the cooling water in the cooling water tank from the discharge path.
