Abstract:
This robot 100 sets a cool spot C as a movement target spot, and specifies a route coordinate R1 and a coordinate R2 for reaching the cool spot C. The robot 100 moves to the cool spot C via the lower temperature route R1. The robot 100 searches for the cool spot C by referring to a temperature map that shows the temperature distribution within a range in which movement is possible. Also, the robot 100 creates and updates the temperature map by measuring the ambient temperature, as appropriate, using a thermometer built into the robot 100.
