Abstract:
The present invention provides a copander machine that decreases residual stress generated in the outer circumference of a pipe and corrects flexion deformation. The technical gist of the present invention for achieving this is characterized in that the copander machine comprises: a housing; a fixed ring frame fixedly installed on the rear side of the housing; at least one cylinder installed along the outer periphery of the front of the fixed ring frame; a reciprocating ring frame that is located in front of the fixed ring frame and horizontally moves forward and rearward by the operation of the cylinder while being coupled to the rod of the cylinder; at least one slider that is installed along the outer periphery of the front of the reciprocating ring frame and horizontally moves forward and rearward together with the reciprocating ring frame; an inclined surface part formed on the lower surface of the leading end of the slider; an operating stage that perpendicularly abuts the leading end of the slider and has an inclined surface part formed on the upper end thereof, which makes surface-to-surface contact with the inclined surface part of the slider, to vertically move upward and downward according to the horizontal back and forth movement of the slider; and a pressing stage that is installed on the lower end of the operating stage and presses the outer circumference of a pipe according to the vertical movement of the operating stage.
