Abstract:
This invention relates to a Copine1 gene marker for prognosing the metastasis of HER2-positive breast cancer and a use thereof. Specifically, the present invention relates to a biomarker composition for prognosing the metastasis of HER2-positive breast cancer, comprising Copine1 gene as an active ingredient, a composition for prognosing the metastasis of HER2-positive breast cancer, comprising an agent for measuring an mRNA or protein expression level of Copine1 gene, and a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting the metastasis of HER2-positive breast cancer, comprising a Copine1 protein expression inhibitor as an active ingredient.
