Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a copolymer that is highly stable when a solution, and which can be used as a semiconductor material. The problem is solved by a copolymer including: repeating units having a dioxopyrrole fused ring backbone; and repeating units having a dithieno fused ring backbone and also having a specific substituent group.
