Abstract:

Disclosed is a copolymer having a block (A') composed of a repeating unit represented by formula (I-1) and/or a block (A) containing a repeating unit represented by formula (I-1) and a repeating unit represented by formula (II). (In formula (I-1), X1, X2, and X3 may be the same or different and each represents an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom or -C(R7)=C(R8)-; m and n may be the same or different and each represents 2 or 3; the plurality of X1's may be the same as or different from each other; and the plurality of X3's may be the same as or different from each other.) (In formula (II), Ar1 represents an arylene group.)
