Abstract:

An itaconate/butadiene copolymer type bioengineering rubber and a preparation method therefor belong to the field of bioengineering rubbers. The bioengineering rubber provided by the present invention is formed by performing chemical crosslinking on a copolymer formed through the emulsion polymerization of itaconate and butadiene, and the number-average molecular weight of the itaconate/butadiene copolymer is 53000-1640000, and the weight-average molecular weight thereof is 110000-2892000. Itaconate monomers and butadiene are subjected to emulsion polymerization to prepare the itaconate/butadiene copolymer; and then, the itaconate/butadiene copolymer is subjected to chemical crosslinking to prepare the bioengineering rubber. The above-mentioned chemical crosslinking process can be implemented by adding a conventional vulcanization/accelerant vulcanization system. The bioengineering rubber of the present invention has a high molecular weight and a low glass-transition temperature, can be vulcanized by the vulcanization/accelerant vulcanization system, is enabled to have the physical and mechanical properties and processing performance equivalent to those of the existing synthetic rubbers, and can meet the requirements of engineering applications such as tire treads and conveyor belts.
