Abstract:
This copper alloy manufacturing method comprises: (a) a step for weighing copper powder and a Cu-Zr master alloy or a copper powder and a ZrH2 powder to give a Cu-xZr alloy composition (wherein x is the atomic% of Zr and satisfies 0.5 ≤ x ≤ 8.6) and grinding/mixing same in an inert atmosphere until the mean particle diameter D50 is in the range of 1 µm to 500 µm to obtain a mixed powder; and (b) a step for pressurizing and maintaining at a prescribed temperature range that is lower than the eutectic point and a prescribed pressure range to spark plasma sinter said mixed powder.
