Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a copper alloy material for a 5G base station power connector, and a preparation method therefor. The copper alloy material is composed of the following components: 0.80-1.30 wt% of Cr, 0.10-0.25 wt% of Zr, 0.05-0.15 wt% of Si and 0.01-0.05 wt% of V, with the balance being Cu. The preparation method therefor comprises the steps of alloy casting, homogenization treatment, hot rolling, solid solution treatment, room-temperature rolling, variable-temperature aging treatment, constant-temperature aging treatment, etc. The copper alloy material prepared by the present invention has a comprehensive performance such as good hardness, strength, softening resistance and electrical conductivity, and can be widely applied in the electronic and electrical industry, especially for manufacturing a 5G base station power connector.
