Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a copper-aluminum granular powder containing a coating layer, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The inner region of a particle of the copper-aluminum granular powder containing a coating layer is a copper-aluminum particle, and the surface layer of the particle is a coating layer, wherein the coating layer comprises a coating agent and a corrosion inhibitor. The copper-aluminum granular powder containing a coating layer is used in a copper-aluminum slurry, and the slurry has a low contact resistance, a low line resistance, a resistance attenuation rate of ≤8% in a high-temperature-resistant and high-humidity-resistant environment, good long-term reliability, and a cost of 1/10 that of a silver slurry.
