Abstract:
The present invention involves a filter material, the filter material comprises an internal filter core material and a cover layer covering an outer layer of the filter core material, wherein the cover layer is selected from one or more among the following: copper, silver, zinc, gold, and an alloy of one or more of said metals. The present invention further relates to a filter manufactured product comprising said filter material. The filter material of the present invention has a rapid, highly effective, and long-lasting microbicidal and broad-spectrum anti-microbial effect.
