Abstract:
A copper wire and steel wire hybrid braided shielded armored cable, comprising a cabling cable core (1). The cable core (1) is externally provided with a braid layer (3), the braid layer (3) is braided by using a hybrid of steel wires and copper wires, and the braid layer (3) is externally provided with a sheath (4). The present cable employs a hybrid-braided structure of copper wires and steel wires, effectively replaces the conventional structure, removes the inner lining layer, reduces the cost of the cable, and also reduces the outer diameter of the cable to the greatest extent and simplifies laying while ensuring an excellent bending performance. The double shielding structure of braiding + single-sided aluminum foil also ensures continuity of shielding to the greatest extent while providing an excellent shielding performance. The hybrid-braiding of the copper wires and steel wires provides a good tensile performance.
