Abstract:
A cord or the like in an electronic equipment is wound on the midway. A restriction plate (11) is divided into two halves to provide a groove (13), and made integral together at a connection (14). Shaft pieces (15a, 15b) are fitted into a circular hole (16) in a restriction plate (12) so as to rotatably engage the restriction plates (11, 12) with each other. Wind shaft pieces (21a, 21b) are provided upright on the restriction plate (11) and on the outer side of the shaft pieces (15a, 15b). An annular frame body (18) is integrally mounted to the restriction plate (12) at and along outer peripheral edges of the restriction plates (11, 12) and between the restriction plates (11, 12), and gateways (31, 32) are formed to face the annular frame body (18). A midway of a cord is passed between the gateways (31, 32) and both ends of the groove (13) while they are aligned with each other, and the restriction plates (11, 12) are rotated relative to each other to wind the cord.
