The present invention relates to a core exercise equipment system interworking with a smart device. More particularly, the present invention relates to a core exercise equipment system interacting with a smart device, wherein the core exercise equipment system allows ordinary people, pregnant women, and seniors to do muscle strengthening and aerobic exercises focusing on core muscles that allow people to maintain body balance when exercising, allows a user to systematically manage his/her health through core exercise equipment in which the difficulty level of an exercise can be adjusted by controlling internal air pressure, and a core exercise application which receives transmission of exercise information of a user from the core exercise equipment and displays same, and interacts with an exercise data server to provide user-customized exercise content generated by analyzing the exercise data of a user, and in particular, allows seniors to maintain muscular strength without placing excessive strain on the body, thus a senior-friendly exercise effect may be exhibited. To this end, the present invention provides a core exercise equipment system interacting with a smart device, the core exercise equipment system including: core exercise equipment; a core exercise application; and an exercise data server. The core exercise equipment is provided with: a sensor unit including one or more weight sensing sensors which are provided to sense the position at which the weight of a user is loaded and a motion detection sensor for sensing the level of acceleration of movement, the inclination, and the degree of rotation when the user is maintaining his/her balance; a control unit which receives input of a signal transmitted from the sensor unit to determine an exercise posture of a user; a communication unit for performing wireless communication between the control unit and the smart device of a user; a plate having a space on which the user can step on and stand, and having penetrating parts formed at symmetrical positions on the edges on both sides; and a hemispherical balance core ball which is located below the plate and expands or contracts in volume according to the inflow or outflow of air. The core exercise application installed on the smart device includes: an exercise state output module which outputs as a graphic, a balance exercise state of the user as determined by the control unit of the core exercise equipment; an exercise record output module which outputs in graph form, exercise records and data about the amount of improvement in body balance attained through exercise; and a content providing module which provides health management information including food diary information and customized content generated by analyzing exercise data of a user. The exercise data server receives transmission of the exercise information of a user from the core exercise application and stores the received information, provides the stored exercise information to a medical institution or trainer, receives a diagnosis for the exercise results from the medical institution or trainer and stores the diagnosis result, and analyzes the diagnosis result and exercise data of a user to provide to the core exercise application of the user smart device, user-customized exercise content that matches the request of a user.
