Abstract:
A core member, which is of a magnetic structure body, has an insulating film which
cannot be easily peeled and has corrosion resistance. The core member is provided
with an electrical insulating oil film (4) having a polar radical on the surface
of a steel material (2), and the polar radical is bonded to the steel material (2)
through a coupling agent.
