Abstract:
A core metal E manufacturing method involving a core metal E forming mold 30 having a first mold 30a and a second mold 30b, the method comprising: a first step of closing the first mold 30a and the second mold 30b by means of a hydraulic mechanism 32, and causing a closed state of the forming mold 30 to be maintained by the hydraulic mechanism 32; a second step, using a supply mechanism 12 driven by a servo motor 14, of controlling a lead supply amount while pressurizing molten lead, and supplying the lead to the forming mold 30 in the closed state; and a third step of demolding a core metal E from the forming mold 30.
