Abstract:
Provided is a core plate of a heat exchanger tank, the core plate being capable of reducing thermal stress generated in a flat tube, as compared with a conventional core plate. A core plate 2 is provided with a continuous rib 5 which is formed at an intermediate position between flat holes 3 adjacent to each other, is parallel to and longer than the flat holes 3, and protrudes to the outer surface side of the core plate 2. The rib 5 includes an intermediate rib 5a that is formed at an intermediate position in a longitudinal direction of the flat holes 3 and is shallow with respect to the root of the rib 5 subjected to barring 6, and end ribs 5b formed deep at both end positions.
