Disclosed is a core-shell magnetic material which has excellent characteristics in a high frequency region, especially in the GHz range, while exhibiting high environmental resistance. The core-shell magnetic material is characterized in that a plurality of core-shell magnetic particles are each composed of a magnetic member, which is bound by a binder that is composed of a first resin, and a coating layer that covers the surface of the magnetic member and is composed of a second resin that is different from the first resin, that each core-shell magnetic particle contains a magnetic metal particle and a covering layer that covers at least a part of the surface of the magnetic metal particle, that the magnetic metal particle contains at least one magnetic metal selected from a group consisting of Fe, Co and Ni, and that the covering layer is composed of an oxide, nitride or carbide which contains at least one magnetic metal.
