Abstract:
Disclosed a core-shell nano silicon dioxide fluorescent probe and a synthesis method therefor. The core-shell nano silicon dioxide fluorescent probe is a nanoparticle of a core-shell structure. Also disclosed is a method for using the core-shell nano silicon dioxide fluorescent probe to breed a microorganism having toxic aromatic hydrocarbon degradation activity. The method can perform quick and high-sensitive analysis and sorting of individual cells more efficiently, intuitively and specifically.
