Abstract:
The present invention is a coreless coil characterized in that a plurality of α-winding coils are formed by laminating a first coil layer and a second coil layer having the same shape and the same width as the first coil layer, each of said coil layers has a center opening, each outer peripheral portion in the connection direction of the plurality of α-winding coils has a connection-use step part that is point-symmetric with respect to a center axis line of the Z-axis (the "Z-axis" is the center of both connected end parts of the α-winding coils, and is the center of both unconnected end parts of the α-winding coils with respect to the X-axis, which passes through the lamination boundary surface of the first coil layer and the second coil layer, and is the axis passing through the lamination boundary surface so as to be orthogonal to the X-axis) of the respective center opening, and the plurality of α-winding coils form a continuous annular shape in a state in which the winding coils are attached to each other so as to overlap one another at the connection-use step parts. The present invention addresses the problem of improving the binding force of a plurality of α-winding coils.
