Abstract:
Disclosed are a cork base insole and a manufacturing method. The insole comprises a base layer (1) and a flexible material layer (2) laid on the upper surface of the base layer (1), wherein the base layer (1) is formed by means of an environmentally friendly adhesive being added to cork particles and same then being subjected to hot pressing and curing. The forming quality and wearing comfort of the base layer (1) are guaranteed by means of a hot pressing and curing forming process, so that harmful chemical components emitted by the cork base insole are greatly reduced, and same is more environmentally friendly and safe; and a corresponding processing method results in the forming quality, the durability and the wearing comfort of a cork base insole product all being better taken into consideration under the condition that only the cork particles and the environmentally friendly adhesive are used as the raw material of the base layer (1).
