Abstract:
A corn husk (5) treatment device comprises a rack (1), the rack (1) being sequentially undertaken and provided with a feeding conveyor (2), a treatment mechanism (4), and a discharging conveyor (3); the treatment mechanism (4) comprises a first-stage treatment mechanism (401), a second-stage treatment mechanism (402), and a transfer mechanism (403) connecting the two treatment mechanisms (401, 402), the first-stage treatment mechanism (401) comprising a first drive roller (401-1) and a feeding mechanism (401-2) used for feeding the first drive roller (401-1), and the second-stage treatment mechanism (402) comprising a second drive roller (402-1) and a second pair roller (402-2) used for feeding the second drive roller (402-1); the peripheral surface of the first drive roller (401-1) is provided with first moving teeth (401-4) and a moving cutter (401-5), and a stationary cutter (401-3) matched with the moving cutter (401-5) is arranged above the feeding mechanism (401-2); and the peripheral surface of the second drive roller (402-1) is provided with second moving teeth (402-4), one side of the second drive roller (402-1) is provided with a baffle plate (402-3), and a seam is formed between the edge of one side of the baffle plate (402-3) and a circular trace formed by rotation of the second moving teeth (402-4). The device can treat corn husks (5) into a silk form in batches, is high in automation degree, increases the production efficiency, reduces labor intensity, and saves production cost; and in addition, roots (6) of the corn husks (5) can be removed, thereby preventing the roots (6) from affecting a moving cutter (401-5).
