Abstract:
A corneal contact lens for assisting mouse fundus observation with a microscope comprises a convex lens (1), a convex lens (2), a concave lens (3), a lens barrel (4) clamping the lenses, and a lens fixing seat (5) with a small hole. The convex lens (1) and the convex lens (2) are separated by means of two spacing rings (6), the convex lens (2) and the concave lens (3) are separated by means of two spacing rings (7), and the front surface of the convex lens (1) is fixed by means of two pressing rings (8). On the basis of the optical simulation principles, the corneal contact lens can correct the eyeball phase difference of a mouse by means of optical simulation to achieve fundus imaging. When the mouse wears the corneal contact lens and is observed right under the microscope, light beams can be refracted by the refracting media of the mouse and the corneal contact lens, a convergent point on the fundus can be transferred to a plane 5.45 mm above the corneal contact lens, and accordingly mouse fundus images can be obtained.
