The present invention relates to corner bars and a formwork method using the corner bars and non-metallic forms, the corner bars (40) comprising: a first edge connecting part (41) which surrounds the cross-section of the edge of one form (10) of corresponding forms (10), which are perpendicular to each other, and is in a "ㄷ" shape; and a second edge connecting part (42) which extends in a perpendicular direction from one end of an outer side surface of the first edge connecting part (41) so as to surround and fix the cross-section of the edge of the other form (10) and is in a "ㄱ" shape. Accordingly, the present invention interconnects the edges of the respective adjoining side corners and upper corners of a plurality of forms, which are disposed straightly and spaced in a widthwise direction with a predetermined gap therebetween so as to form a space in the gap for concrete pouring, and thus allows the forms to extend sideways or upwardly at a right angle. Consequently, the present invention fundamentally allows swift and easy form connection, thus convenient work and significantly reduced work time, and ultimately improved overall work efficiency. In addition, the present invention can stably withstand the load of concrete by securely interconnecting the edges of the forms and thus has effects such as improved reliability as a result of the given work stability.
