Abstract:
A bio sensor using electromagnetic waves according to one embodiment may comprise: a resonator assembly for generating a resonant frequency which changes in accordance with the concentration of an object to be analyzed in the periphery of the bio sensor; an impedance matching unit capable of changing at least one from among the inductance and the capacitance of the resonator assembly; and a control unit for determining whether or not at least one from among the inductance and the capacitance of the resonator assembly is to be changed by means of the impedance matching unit and determining a change rate thereof, on the basis of a resonant frequency shift of the resonator assembly and a reference operating frequency range.
