Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a first voltage-dividing circuit for generating a voltage in which the output voltage from a bandgap reference voltage circuit is divided in multiple stages; a first and a second correction circuit connected between a power source and ground; and a second voltage-dividing circuit for dividing the aforementioned voltage in multiple stages in a path in which a positive temperature characteristic voltage is generated with the bandgap reference voltage circuit. A control terminal of a first transistor forming a first differential pair of the first correction circuit is connected to any one of the nodes of the first voltage-dividing circuit, and a control terminal of a first transistor forming a second differential pair of the second correction circuit is connected to a node having a different potential than the aforementioned node. A control terminal of a second transistor forming the second differential pair is connected to a node indicating a given potential in the path generating the positive temperature characteristic voltage, and a control terminal of a second transistor forming the first differential pair is connected to a node having a different potential than the aforementioned node. Current output terminals of both the first transistor forming the first differential pair and the second transistor forming the second differential pair are connected in common, and a current for correcting the temperature characteristic of a reference voltage generation circuit is output from the relevant terminal.
