Abstract:
A correction device (100) for an X-ray inspection device, comprising: at least one surface mount element (110) having several welding ends; several correction sheets (120) made of metal material, each of the correction sheets (120) having an opening (121) through the correction sheet (120), and each of the correction sheets (120) having a first area ratio of the area of the known opening (121) to the area of the correction sheet (120); and a printed circuit board (130), the correction sheets (120) being fixed on the printed circuit board (130), the surface mount element (110) being fixed on the printed circuit board (130), and each welding end of the surface mount element (110) covering the correction sheets (120).
