Abstract:
The correlation calculation device according to the present invention for calculating a correlation of cells is provided with: a feature value extraction unit for calculating, as a first feature value, a feature value of a constituent element of a first cell from a first cell image captured of a first cell in a first condition, and extracting, as a second feature value, a feature value of a constituent element of a second cell from a second cell image captured of a second cell in a second condition different from the first condition; and a correlation calculation unit for calculating a correlation between the first feature value and the second feature value.
